La mayor\u00eda de los fiadores aceptan el 10% del importe total de la fianza fijada por el Tribunal.  <\/p><p>Tribunal de Primera Comparecencia: Si tu ser querido permanece detenido durante 24 horas, ser\u00e1 llevado ante un Juez para fijar la fianza. Una fianza est\u00e1ndar por un DUI puede ser tan baja como 500,00 $. La batalla para mantener tu licencia y la batalla para mantener tu libertad y una condena por DUI fuera de tu expediente. <\/p><p><strong>A. <\/strong>El DMV y tus privilegios de conducci\u00f3n suspendidos<\/p><ul><li>1. \u00a1Tu citaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1fico por DUI ES TU PERMISO DE CONDUCIR DURANTE LOS 10 D\u00cdAS POSTERIORES A TU DETENCI\u00d3N! Debes llevarlo siempre encima cuando conduzcas, y recuerda que s\u00f3lo puedes conducir por motivos profesionales, es decir, para ir al colegio, al trabajo o a servicios religiosos. <\/li><li>2. \u00a1HAY QUE SOLICITAR UNA AUDIENCIA CON EL DMV EN ESOS 10 D\u00cdAS! Al solicitar una audiencia al DMV, podremos mantenerte legalmente al volante mientras esperamos la fecha de la audiencia, que el DMV puede programar para dentro de m\u00e1s de un mes. <\/li><li>3.
