blandir o utilizar un arma de fuego durante la comisi\u00f3n de un delito federal, existen ciertas sentencias m\u00ednimas obligatorias que debes conocer. Seg\u00fan el Estatuto Federal 924 (c), hay ciertas distinciones que afectan en gran medida a la sentencia que el tribunal est\u00e1 obligado a imponer. <\/p><p>Si se te acusa de posesi\u00f3n de un arma de fuego durante un delito federal, la Ley exige que se te imponga una pena m\u00ednima de 5 a\u00f1os consecutivos al delito subyacente. El tribunal no tiene discreci\u00f3n al respecto. Una condena consecutiva es aquella que se a\u00f1ade a la condena original.
