empleado por la comisi\u00f3n; supervisor de libertad condicional y libertad vigilada; agente de libertad vigilada del condado; personal o representante del Departamento de Cumplimiento de la Ley; u otra persona legalmente autorizada para ejecutar un proceso en la ejecuci\u00f3n de un proceso legal o en la ejecuci\u00f3n legal de cualquier deber legal, ofreciendo o ejerciendo violencia sobre la persona de dicho funcionario o persona legalmente autorizada, es culpable de un delito grave de tercer grado, punible seg\u00fan lo dispuesto en s. 775.082, s. 775.083 o s.
