Hay muchas opciones disponibles. Tal vez las partes implicadas deseen alg\u00fan tipo de resoluci\u00f3n alternativa de conflictos, como el arbitraje y\/o la mediaci\u00f3n. Esas opciones pueden ser m\u00e1s asequibles y aportar una resoluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida. Por otro lado, puede ser necesario recurrir a opciones tradicionales como el litigio. En cualquier caso, el contrato debe especificar cu\u00e1ndo puede plantearse un litigio.       <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacer que una de las partes redacte el contrato<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un contrato, por definici\u00f3n, lo firman al menos dos personas. En consecuencia, deben intervenir al menos dos abogados, uno por cada \u00abparte\u00bb.
