Por ejemplo, hay categor\u00edas para servicios de restauraci\u00f3n, instrumentos musicales, maquinaria, aparatos m\u00e9dicos, etc. Tanto Delta Airlines como Delta Faucets pudieron registrar la marca Delta porque pertenecen a categor\u00edas muy distintas: una a art\u00edculos dom\u00e9sticos y otra a servicios de transporte.    <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es posible que puedas registrar un nombre que tenga un nombre similar registrado<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como puedes ver, es posible registrar un nombre aunque exista otro muy parecido: todo depende de las categor\u00edas. Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n hay que tener en cuenta otras cosas.
