Ukulele beating- criminals still at large: Miami attorney

Any object used in an assault can increase severity of the charges

The crime started off pretty ordinary. Two suspects entered a gas station in Seattle, Washington and attempted to lift a six pack of malt liquor.
When an employee tried to confront them, however, things took a turn for the worse– and the weird.
One suspect, wielding a ukulele, smashed the instrument over the store clerk’s head, causing a bleeding head injury that sent the man to the hospital.
The two suspects then fled the scene with the Olde English, without the ukulele.
If the suspects are apprehended, they will likely face serious charges.
If you have been accused of assaulting someone with a ukulele, a mandolin, or even a banjo, you should seek qualified legal representation as soon as possible.
While the circumstances of this crime may seem comical, the legal consequences are likely to be serious. Any crime, no matter how much it resembles a joke about musicians, is a serious matter best handled by an experienced criminal attorney. If you are in Miami, contact our law offices.
